Description
A quite rare Vietnamese trident (Dinh-Ba) full iron with engraved floral motives. These Tridents mostly date from the 19th century (Nguyen Dynasty) and were used more for parades then for actual battle, banner carriers and guards used to have tridents like these as a polearm to look intimidating during parades. The trident is mounted on a hard wooden base for display.
